Behaviour Changing and Goal Setting aims to help people take simple, practical steps towards enjoying life and becoming fulfilled.
The aim of Behaviour Changing is to give you the motivation to make small changes that have a "snowball" effect, decreasing behaviour that may make things harder for you and give you skills to cope with changes and emotional regulation.

You will learn problem-solving skills and be asked to look openly and honestly at the changes you can make to enhance your life. It focuses on engagement in positive and meaningful activities and can include things like social skills, mild social anxieties, sleep hygiene, meal preparation, and much more.
It gives you the power and the positive encouragement to make the changes you need in your own life.
Behavioural activation can be modified for any life goal and can be used to then further goal set and problem solve using the skills you have learned. By breaking down the obstacle into manageable goals it encourages a sense of self-achievement which reinforces motivation.
