During the session, we gently explore past experiences and the ways they may still be influencing your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships today.
Using therapeutic techniques tailored to your individual needs, we work together to nurture the inner child, challenge limiting beliefs, strengthen self-worth, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself.
The aim is not to relive the past, but to understand it, heal from it, and create new pathways for emotional wellbeing.
