Workplace Wellbeing & Behaviour Change Workshops

Supporting healthier minds, happier teams and positive change at work.

A healthy workplace is about more than productivity. It's about people feeling supported, understood and equipped to manage the pressures of everyday working life.

At Two Chairs Therapy, I offer engaging, supportive workplace wellbeing and behaviour change workshops designed to help employees better understand themselves, manage stress and develop practical tools for everyday life.

Whether you're a small local business or a larger organisation, workshops can be tailored to your team's needs.

How I Can Support Your Workplace

Stress & Anxiety Management

Help employees recognise the signs of stress, understand how it affects the mind and body, and explore practical techniques for managing pressure and overwhelm.

Confidence, Self-Esteem & Resilience

Explore self-doubt, negative thinking patterns and the ways we can develop greater confidence, emotional resilience and a healthier mindset at work.

Understanding Behaviour & Habits

Discover how habits develop, why we sometimes repeat unhelpful patterns and how greater self-awareness can support positive behaviour change.

Mindfulness, Relaxation & Better Sleep

Introduce accessible relaxation and mindfulness techniques to help employees unwind, improve their sleep routines and find moments of calm during busy days.

Neurodiversity Awareness & Wellbeing

Explore different ways of thinking, processing information and experiencing the workplace, with a focus on understanding, inclusion and supporting individual needs.

Workshops That Work for Your Team

Every workplace is different, which is why I take a flexible, personalised approach.

Workshops can be designed around your organisation's priorities and may include:

  • Interactive group discussions

  • Practical wellbeing techniques

  • Guided relaxation and mindfulness

  • Understanding thoughts, emotions and behaviours

  • Simple strategies employees can use beyond the workshop

Sessions are designed to be welcoming, accessible and informative, with no pressure on employees to share personal experiences.

When people feel supported, they're better placed to manage challenges, communicate effectively and contribute positively to their working environment.

Workplace wellbeing workshops can help organisations:

  • Encourage greater awareness of stress and mental wellbeing

  • Promote open, supportive conversations

  • Equip employees with practical coping strategies

  • Build confidence and self-awareness

  • Demonstrate a commitment to employee wellbeing
